DMCA Policy

1. Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that content on USASexGuide infringes your copyright, please send a written notice that includes the following information:

2. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification including:

  1. Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  2. The URL where the material appeared before it was removed.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

3. Repeat Infringers

USASexGuide may terminate the accounts or access of users who are found to be repeat infringers of copyrighted content.

4. Important Notes

  • Only copyright holders or their authorized agents may submit DMCA takedown requests.
  • Knowingly submitting false claims may result in legal consequences under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
